It is possible to change the name of a delegate up to 24 hours prior to the event without any problems. Changes made later than this cannot be guaranteed to update the new delegate with joining instructions etc prior to the start of the event although we will strive to do so.

Cancellations are possible up to seven days before the start of the event although we will deduct 10% from the refund amount to cover credit card and banking charges.

Any delegate not attending the event ie a ‘no-show’ will not be refunded.
