If someone needs to cancel a place at a seminar, workshop or event we encourage them to find another person from their organization to take their place but if this is not possible the following cancellation policy is in place for all events unless specific conditions are listed on the web page for a particular event.
Up to 21 days prior to the event 90% refund; from 21days to 14 days prior to the event 50% refund; less than 14 days prior to the event or no-shows, no refund. Please understand that this policy is due to all events requiring commitment of funds on a per delegate basis and even credit cards take away a portion of the fees which the user group does not have the funds to absorb.
